This Refund, Return & Exchange Policy (the “Return Policy”) governs HUMBLE & POE’s home décor and gift products (“Product” or “Products”) purchased through the online and mobile websites at www.humbleandpoe.com. This Return Policy is incorporated by reference into the HUMBLE & POE Master Terms of Service [http://www.humbleandpoe.com/terms-of-service/] (the “Terms”). Any terms used, but not defined, in this Policy will have the meanings set forth in the Terms.
I. Standard Return Policy:
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from HUMBLE & POE. If you are unsatisfied for any reason, you may return or exchange your order within fourteen (14) calendar days of the date of purchase as stated on the sales receipt for a full refund. Upon receipt of a Product, HUMBLE & POE reserves the right to deny a refund if the merchandise does not meet its return policy requirements and conditions, all of which must be met:
- Returned Product(s) must be in good physical condition (not physically broken or damaged).
- Return packages must be postmarked within fourteen (14) calendar days of the date of purchase as stated on the sales receipt for your Product.
- You must provide HUMBLE & POE with proof of the original date of purchase and “Return, Refund & Exchange Form”. Proof constitutes a copy of the original sales receipt or gift sales receipt (collectively, “Sales or Gift Receipt”).
- The “Return, Refund & Exchange Form” included in your original package must be completed and included along with your returned Product.
- Worn, altered or washed merchandise is not acceptable for return. All items being returned must be in the original condition, and all tags must be attached.
- You must return the Product in either its original packaging or packaging providing an equal degree of protection, to the address set forth at the end of this limited warranty.
The following terms and conditions also apply:
- Products returned after fourteen (14) calendar days of the date of purchase as stated on the Sales or Gift Receipt will receive a HUMBLE & POE gift card with a credit equal to the purchase value.
- You are responsible for and must prepay all shipping charges and you assume all risk of loss or damage to the Products while they are in transit to HUMBLE & POE.
- Please note that customers using a third-party shipping service are responsible for any duties, taxes and shipping costs that may occur. HUMBLE & POE is not liable for any damages from a third-party shipping service.
- If you return a Product to HUMBLE & POE without a HUMBLE & POE “Refund, Return & Exchange Request Form”, then HUMBLE & POE retains the right to either refuse delivery of such return or charge you a restocking fee of 15% of the original price of the Product. Returns, Refunds & Exchanges will be processed and paid to the payment method on file within 2 weeks of HUMBLE & POE’s receipt of the returned Product.
- If the Product is no longer in stock, all Requests for an Exchange will either be refunded or credited in accordance with the policy above.

III. Gift Returns:
Merchandise received as a gift that was purchased on www.humbleandpoe.com may be exchanged for a HUMBLE & POE Gift Card equal to the value of the original purchase as stated on the Sales or Gift Receipt. A “Refund, Return & Exchange Form” with instructions is enclosed in your order. Simply indicate your choice to receive a gift card. If you do not have the “Refund, Return & Exchange Form”, please contact HUMBLE & POE at info@humbleandpoe.com. We will respond to you within 48 hours.
IV. Paypal Returns:
When you use PayPal to pay for your order, we will refund your order according to our policy except that Exchanges are not offered on PayPal orders. Products purchased via PayPal and returned to HUMBLE & POE will be processed as a refund to your PayPal account.
V. Returning a Product purchased with a HUMBLE & POE Gift Card:
All terms of our above Standard Return policy apply to any Product purchased with a HUMBLE & POE Gift Card.
We will issue a new Gift Card for the amount used on the original purchase and send it to the shipping address on the original order.
If you used a credit card in addition to a HUMBLE & POE Gift Card to pay for your order, please provide a copy of the sales receipt evidencing the credit card charge. We will credit your card for the amount originally charged on your card, issue a new Gift Card in the amount originally purchased via gift card, and send a new Gift Card to the shipping address on the original order.
In either case, you will receive your new Gift Card within two weeks of processing your return.
VI. Shipping Errors or Damaged Products that You Receive from HUMBLE & POE:
In the event that we process an order incorrectly or you receive a damaged or defective Product, we will gladly replace it or accept it for a full refund at our expense. HUMBLE & POE will provide a prepaid shipping label to expedite the return for orders shipped within the U.S. To receive your shipping label and arrange to replace your product, please contact HUMBLE & POE at info@humbleandpoe.com. We will respond to you within 48 hours.
